LEGAL SENIOR MANAGER
(THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF LEGAL SUPPORT)

Mr. Afanasov D. was named the Director of the Department of Legal Support (as Legal Senior Manager) of Sodrugestvo Group.

Denis was born in 1980 in Moscow. In 2002 he graduated with distinction from the Law Department (specialization – the Corporate Law) of the M. Lomonosov Moscow State University (Moscow). Moreover in 2004 he graduated with distinction from the International Relations Department (specialization – the International Law) of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Prior to working in Sodrugestvo Group, Denis held a post of a lawyer, a project manager in the sphere of property right, merging and acquisition, and also was engaged in consulting in the sphere of tax and conventional law. Earlier, Mr. Afanasov was a legal adviser in Prodo Management and already worked for Sodrugestvo Group.

He speaks perfectly Russian, English, as well as French and German.
